Dedication of the Brigham LDS Temple

 Today as a family we had the opportunity to go to our stake house in Amalga to be Apart of the dedication of the Brigham City Temple. This was a really spiritual experience for all of us. After the dedication we all went to the Logan Temple and spent some time together as a family.

Game day for JP

 Football has started. Jordan has played 3 games and has won all them. Caden has also played 3 games and has won 2 of them. Jordan has also had the oppurtunaty to dress for all of the Varsity games (home and away). He is really glad that he decied to play this year, he has really enjoyed it. I told him after his last game that I have really seen some improvement. He said to me "Mom I guess that the $30.00 a week for gas has payed off." I laughed and told him that it was money well spent.

They are both really enjoying playing this year. Our weeks consist of Football Practice Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, JV Game Thursday, Varsity Game Friday, Little League Game Saturday and NFL games Sunday. FOOTBALL FOOTBALL FOOTBALL.....

After football season I told the girls we will be going on a vacation......They can't wait. They both have been supporting their brothers. We all have Super fan shirts, and have been cheering and having a great time. I would love to put a freeze on our kids right now if I could. They are so much fun. But I guess if I put a freeze on them I wont be able to have Grandkids.....Hahaha.

This has been a crazy Labor Day!

 We all have been running around like crazy.....Lyndsey, Chelsey, Caden and I went to Clarkston this morning and picked 10 pounds of raspberries...Jordan and Mike went to work.  After picking raspberries we went to Brigham with my Mom and filled the car with peaches and of course we had to eat dinner in Brigham.  Lots of fun and many laughs.

 We then came home and the boys all went dove hunting while the girls made 6 batches of peach raspberry jam and 2 batches of peach jam.  While we was making jam a neighbor called and said they had some corn for us if we wanted to come and get it.  So after we made all the Jam us girls decided to go and pick the corn.  We then came home and decided that we would get it all put in bags and freeze it.  In the meantime the boys came home and they had shot 4 doves.   Well the kids all went to bed and Mike and I stayed up and did 10 batches of freezer corn.  What a way to spend Labor day.  Now its time to sit, put my feet up and enjoy a piece of toast with jam.

We all had a lot of fun......I felt like I was living in the olden days.  I had a lot of fun spending time with the girls and teaching them how to make jam and Mike enjoyed hunting with the boys.
