We arrived in St. George on Friday March 16, 2012. The kids all went swimming and then we went and ate at Chuck A Rama. After.. we all went to our second home (Abbey Inn hotel) and went to bed. On Saturday March 17 everyone made sure that they had their green on and we drove to the St. George airport. About 20 minutes from our Motel. We was able to see many planes and the kids was able to sit in the cockpit and pretend they was driving the airplane. At about 11:00 the air show started what an amazing show. We was able to see all kinds of planes and we all really enjoyed watching the 'Blue Angels'.
The show ended at about 4:00 p.m. so we walked back to the truck (in a wind storm) we are not blondes any more we are all red heads... we ended up sitting there until about 6:00 p.m. because there was no way of getting out. Lots of people! So we sat in the back of the truck and watched people fly their kites and we ate snacks. After we finally was able to leave we went to eat at one of our favorite places 'Iceberg' then we went and walked around the outlet store.
After we all went back to the motel and washed the red out of our hair....Then on Sunday we all woke up and ate an amazing breakfast at the motel, loaded our luggage and went to our favorite rock hills and hiked and took lots of pictures. And then the sad time came and we had to go home. On our way home it snowed all the way home our grass was covered in snow. We was not very happy!
It was great to get away and have and amazing three days as a family. Memories we will cherish forever. Lyndsey and Chelsey are some strong girls lifting that rock up to save their little brother Caden who is under the rock. Pretty TOUGH GIRLS!
